ok, so the avocado's in the guacamole that we learned how to make at angela's house taste soooo very yummy, have a lot of calories. One avocado is 278 calories and that does not count the cracker or the salsa if you add it. Soo, I guess I will have to only eat a half at a time with only six crackers instead of 12. Rice thins are the best as they hardly have any calories.

Well, I was in Meadow Lake today. Glad to say the roads on the way there and back were not at all like they were in Swift Current, where the snow and blowing snow prompted a no travel recommended warning. Well, I managed to organize the largest business builders luncheon in the history of the Chamber. The mayors state of the city address was highly successful and profitiable for us, with over two hundred people in attendance and all of the media available. well tomorrow will be my last day at work for the next five days or so, I will be in saskatoon at the canadian chamber agm and on tuesday, I will get to fly out to maclean lake and mcarthur river lake mine sites. well it's a done, done, done deal. well, it's off to the head and neck specialist in Saskatoon to check out the old lumpy thyroid. June 21st is the day, hopefully he will be able to tell me something and not just line up a whole battery of tests that will take another six weeks from which to get results. wow, just created the best lip balm around, peppermint lip balm with medicinal herb infused oils, product number two, a sore muscle, general owie cream for sore muscles and minor scrapes and cuts. well, the signs I ordered are being made and the decals for the truck should be ready some time next week. well, I finally spoke with someone in Edmonton who sells jars and plastic containers. $0.17 cents for the jars I want, incredible since I was budeting around fifty cents, so I will save money there. The plastic containers are also significantly cheaper than I was expecting. yippee.

The snow banks made by the wind yesterday are so high on the gravel road they reach up to the windows of the Jimmy. We will see where the grader puts all that snow.
